Before starting Magic City CPA, Brad worked in a variety of accounting positions for public and private companies: Bloomberg in New York, Delek US in Nashville and Regions Financial in Birmingham.

I do not leverage any offshore or outsourced resources – everything is in house. I don't use a team-based approach, so nothing gets lost in translation. No automated phone systems, waiting queues or trouble getting ahold of me when you need me. No hourly billings aside from agreed up consulting services – one, simple monthly fee.

Currently, tax preparation services are only provided to clients who sign up for Bookkeeping and Controller Services. The books establish a solid foundation for informed decision-making, including taking all eligible tax deductions. Keeping clean and accurate records enables you to feel confident that your company is taking advantage of all possible tax deductions.
While I am certified with both QuickBooks and Gusto, I have experience with a variety of accounting systems and applications. If you have a question about a particular system or application, please feel free to contact me.

Yes! I leverage Microsoft Teams and a secure drop box to manage clients remotely. I am also happy to come to you on a periodic basis.
